Who we are

Rupert Harding

From 1984, Rupert Harding held positions at DTZ Debenham Tie Leung, Mason Owen & Partners and therafter with Ramagge & Company (joining Andrew Ramagge) as partner responsible for company strategy as well as looking after the retail, office and professional departments. Rupert set up Clarence Mill Developments with James Ward, Kevin Victory and Andy Malcolm in 1995 concentrating on mixed use investment properties in London & North Yorkshire. Casper Douglas Properties was established in 1996 and Casper Douglas Capital with Adam Blaker in 2001 (to 2013). In 2018, he set up Darlington Asset Management with Paul Cable and Andrew Ramagge targeting distressed town centre assets and strategic land opportunities with their first project, a large site near Cambridge.
